Archer seeks an Integrated Labs Project Manager to organize and lead software/hardware integration efforts and formal test events within the Archer Integrated Labs. You will coordinate across Systems Engineering, Design Engineering, Flight Test and Lab Infrastructure to meet key milestones.

This role sits in the Aircraft Integration Program Management team, offering opportunities to learn new skills, advance your career, and work on a fast-growing aerospace program in San Jose, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• 0
• Minimum 2 years in a technical role.
• Project Management or Project Engineering experience.
• Familiarization with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or scheduling software.
• Ability to react to resets and constant changes in a demanding, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and refine integration and test plans considering interdependencies.
• Coordinate with Lab Scheduler to assign time slots.
• Resolve roadblocks by coordinating across teams.
• Prioritize and deconflict lab activities to meet milestones.
• Collect metrics and report status of lab activities.
• Lead continuous improvement of lab processes and tools.
• Learn Aircraft Systems to enhance planning and roadblock resolution.
