Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in product and program leadership.
• Project management experience.
• Analytical ability to identify schedule critical paths and optimize timelines.
• Familiarization with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships across Archer teams and suppliers/customers.
• Act as primary interface between Structural Integrity, Engineering, PM, and Supply Chain.
• Manage schedule and technical performance to program requirements.
• Develop relationships across Archer and lead multidisciplinary teams on complex programs.
• Create task-based schedules and lead kickoffs, track milestones.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities to closure.
• Propose solutions and drive recovery plans to closure.
• Execute within schedule and budget, track expenses and identify cost savings.
• Drive on-time execution with internal teams and suppliers.
• Regularly communicate milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports and performance metrics to leadership.
• Maintain configuration control and change management for the program.
• Identify improvement opportunities and promote efficiency.
• Compare actual vs planned performance and manage Critical Path tasks.
• Plan resources across teams to meet requirements and internal/external needs.
