Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Sociology or related field required.
• Associate degree with 4 years direct care experience in social services, behavioral health, or school-based settings.
• High school diploma with 4 years direct care experience in social services or behavioral health.
• Two years post-bachelor experience in mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psycho-social skill-building and behavioral management strategies across settings.
• Utilize stagewise case management to support service participation.
• Develop and maintain person- and family-centered treatment plans with teams.
• Connect clients to physical health, behavioral health, housing and financial services.
• Identify and respond to safety risks with crisis and relapse plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
