Job summary

BJC Independence Center in St. Louis seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to deliver integrated treatment for adults with co-occurring disorders.

You will conduct individual therapy, lead group education, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support client progress and treatment fidelity. The role requires a Master's Degree, 2–5 years of experience, and licenses such as CADC/CRADC or LCSW/LPC, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
• 2–5 years of experience in behavioral health settings.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with clients for therapy sessions.
• Plan and lead group education and group counseling sessions.
• Lead multidisciplinary meetings and guide client progress discussions.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and annual ITCD assessments.
• Develop and review treatment plans; support fidelity to IDDT program.
