Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking an Integrated Disability Management Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for employees initiating leaves and disability inquiries, guiding them through benefits, required documentation, timelines and resources while maintaining organized case files in UKG.

The role emphasizes compliance with federal laws, collaboration with reviewers, and a remote, Monday–Friday schedule with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years administration experience in healthcare, insurance or occupational health required.
  • Experience in HR setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent customer service, MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees initiating leave requests and disability inquiries.
  • Provide guidance regarding leave benefits, documentation, timelines, and resources.
  • Receive, create, organize, and maintain employee leave files and supporting documentation.
  • Route medical certifications to appropriate reviewers.
  • Establish and maintain leave and disability cases within UKG and other systems.
  • Process leave-related transactions when employees cannot submit requests independently.

Work hours: Remote; Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Here's What You Need:


  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent 2 Years Required

  • 2 Years administration experience in healthcare, insurance or occupational health Required

  • Experience working in a Human Resources setting is preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of MS Office.


Here's What You Will Do:


  • Serves as the primary point of contact for employees initiating leave requests and disability-related inquiries.

  • Provides guidance regarding leave benefits, required documentation, timelines, and available resources.

  • Receives, creates, organizes, and maintains employee leave files and supporting documentation.

  • Establishes and maintains leave and disability cases within UKG and other designated systems.

  • Processes leave-related transactions when employees are unable to submit requests independently.
