Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks an ASIC Design Intern in the Silicon Architecture group to contribute from conceptual design through verification and delivery to customers. You will collaborate with Analog and Digital Designers to develop top-level and circuit-level specifications, run modeling and simulation, and assist with chip‑level planning for optimized SOCs.

Enrollment in an accredited full-time undergrad or grad program is required; hours are flexible.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program is required.
• Flexibility regarding hours and program duration based on school schedule.
• Proficiency with Cadence or equivalent IC design tools such as Virtuoso, Genus, Innovus, Tempus or Voltus.
• Strong communication, math, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhancement engineering solutions for challenging problems.
• Implement, test, perform analysis, and provide documentation support.
• Generate and present test reports including plots, tables, evaluation criteria, and conclusions from data collected and analyzed throughout the test process.
• Contribute to test plans and conduct bench-level testing.
