Qualifications

• 4+ years in clinical operations or healthcare administration.
• 4+ years driving performance and process improvements in health insurance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 3+ years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated care program operations across markets.
• Translate strategy into execution with operational tactics.
• Drive program improvements and coordinate initiatives.
• Support post-implementation planning and expansion.
• Manage projects and assess dependencies and risks.
• Monitor market performance and share best practices.
• Support regulatory and legislative initiatives affecting LTSS/HCBS.
• Coordinate stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Promote high-quality outcomes for members and providers.
• Communicate priorities and risks to senior leadership.
