This is an opportunity to influence programs that directly support better outcomes for members, providers, and healthcare partners.

Accountabilities
  • Support integrated care program operations: Collaborate with market teams to implement business strategies, operational plans, and scalable processes supporting LTSS, HCBS, and nursing home programs.
  • Translate strategy into execution: Help convert program vision and strategic objectives into operational tactics, organizational infrastructure, and functional requirements.
  • Drive program improvement: Evaluate operational processes, identify opportunities for greater effectiveness, and coordinate improvement initiatives with market teams.
  • Support implementation and expansion: Contribute to post-implementation planning, product expansion, program enhancements, and ongoing standardization efforts.
  • Manage projects and dependencies: Apply established project management methodologies to market initiatives while proactively identifying operational dependencies, risks, and change requirements.
  • Monitor market performance: Track LTSS/HCBS program performance across markets, identify best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization to improve outcomes.
  • Support regulatory and legislative initiatives: Assist leadership in monitoring federal and state legislative or governmental developments affecting integrated LTSS/HCBS programs and help identify related opportunities and risks.
  • Coordinate stakeholders: Build strong relationships across Dual Eligible, LTSS, market, and other business teams while engaging stakeholders to maintain alignment and support successful execution.
  • Promote quality outcomes: Lead and support initiatives that deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with member, provider, operational, and program objectives.
  • Communicate with leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to communicate priorities, progress, risks, and strategic direction across relevant stakeholders.
Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience driving performance and process improvements within the health insurance industry.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with government-regulated health insurance products, including Medicaid, Managed Care Waivers, Fee-for-Service (FFS), and Medicare, is preferred.
  • Experience implementing programs focused on integration, ideally within healthcare or managed care environments, is preferred.
  • 3+ years of project management experience is preferred, with the ability to manage initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Strong ability to identify business problems, evaluate potential solutions, and understand the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven relationship-building and leadership skills, with the ability to act as a change agent, trainer, and facilitator.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Broad understanding of clinical operations, market operations, business development, network functions, and healthcare operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong business acumen, diplomacy, and cultural awareness, with the judgment to navigate complex stakeholder environments sensitively and effectively.
  • No professional license or certification is required for this position.
