• Experience with coordinating care and providing support in behavioral health.
• Ability to coach clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients under supervisor guidance.
• Use recovery-oriented practices to support clients’ goals.
• Coordinate with therapists and clinical team to meet treatment goals.
• Help clients access benefits and community resources.
• Document accurately in health records and ensure billing compliance.
