Job summary

Terros Health is hiring a Health Center Director for our 51st Avenue Recovery Health Center in west Phoenix, AZ. The role leads a multidisciplinary team delivering integrated behavioral health and primary care, focused on SMI and RBHA populations.

The position requires 3+ years supervisory experience, 5+ years in integrated care or FQHC settings, and an independent licensed clinician (LCSW or LPC) preferred. Salary ranges from $92K to $103K with a $5K sign-on and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory leadership experience.
• 5+ years integrated care or FQHC experience.
• Independent Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrative supervisor of an FQHC, overseeing behavioral health and primary care services.
• Provide oversight, training and mentoring for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Evaluate patient care and promote compassionate, high-quality service.
• Foster an outstanding, patient-focused healthcare experience.
• Ensure staff meet production and documentation requirements and align with policy and licensure standards.
