Description
MassHealth’s Integrated Care Team reports directly to the Chief of Long Term Services and Supports and is responsible for MassHealth’s integrated care delivery systems: One Care, Senior Care Options (SCO), and Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Organizations.
The Integrated Care Contract Coordinator provides direct support to the Deputy Director of Plan Administration and Oversight to manage day-to-day engagement with, and oversight of, One Care, SCO, and PACE contracts. The Integrated Care Contract Coordinator also provides indirect and ad hoc support to the One Care Program Manager, the SCO/PACE Program Manager, and the Integrated Care Senior Policy Manager for management of the integrated care plans.
Smart, curious, self-motivated individuals skilled in contract, vendor, and program management, effective communication, collaborating in a team environment, and preferably having prior exposure to state or federal program management, managed care, health care programs, or policy are encouraged to apply.
MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have at least (A) four years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative or managerial experience in business administration, business management or public administration the major duties of which involved program management, program administration, program coordination, program planning and/or program analysis, and (B) of which at least one year must have been in a supervisory capacity, or (C) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below.
Substitutions:
*Education toward such a degree will be prorated on the basis of the proportion of the requirements actually completed.
NOTE: No substitutions will be permitted for the required (B) experience.
Salary placement is determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate’s years of directly related experience and education, and alignment with our internal compensation structure as set forth by the Human Resources Division’s Hiring Guidelines. For all bargaining unit positions (non-management), compensation is subject to the salary provisions outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement and will apply to placement within the appropriate salary range.
