Job summary

The Coquille Indian Tribe in Coos Bay, Oregon seeks a Behavioral Health Consultant/Integrated Care Therapist to provide behavioral health consultation within the primary medical clinic. You will work with the Primary Care Team to improve psychosocial functioning, perform assessments, brief interventions, and coordinate referral pathways.

You will collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to support holistic care under the tribe's Integrated Health Care Model, including crisis

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and licensure or equivalent.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience with integrated behavioral health models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Brief interventions, assessments, and diagnoses as part of the Primary Care Team.
• Coordinate care management, psychoeducation, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with Tribal health, education, juvenile, justice and social services staff.
