Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution.
• Clinical experience providing behavioral health assessment and treatment is required.
• Experience with integrated behavioral health in primary care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health screening, assessment, diagnosis, and outpatient therapy for all ages.
• Lead integration of behavioral health services within the primary care site and collaborate with the care team.
• Supervise the Behavioral Health Care Manager and support professional development.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
