Clinica Sierra Vista in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Licensed Therapist IBH to join our integrated care team. The role provides advanced psychotherapy within a community health setting, developing plans with PCPs and coordinating services.

You must hold CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT/psychologist) and have 4+ years of psychotherapy experience. We offer competitive pay, health coverage, vacation, CE assistance, and a 403(b) plan.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Four years or more of psychotherapy experience, working with adults and families.
• Familiar with brief therapy models and the relationship between physical and mental wellbeing.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and cases, and meet deadlines.
• Culturally competent with the community health center.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care to patients with mild to moderate behavioral health needs.
• Develop treatment plans with the patient and medical team; deliver brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation.
• Coordinate psychiatric and medical services with the patient’s treatment plan.
• Collaborate with agency staff and attend regular cross-functional meetings.
• Maintain documentation and comply with HIPAA, ethics, and agency policies.
