Qualifications

• Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating adults (18yo+) in a broad range of concerns.
• Training in evidence-based, solution-focused care for adults.
• Be independently licensed, or license eligible, in MN at the Master’s level (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent). Five years post-license and medical setting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to ethical practices.
• Professional relationship-building with health colleagues to provide comprehensive care.

Education

Master’s level licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) with five years post-license experience

Experience with integrated care and brief/solution-focused, short-term treatment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
