Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health field required or strongly desired.
• Certification or eligibility for professional licensure (LCSW, Ed.D, Psy.D, LPC, Ph.D) required.
• Computer literacy is required and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to children and families as part of the continuum of care.
• Offer clinical consultation to providers and staff on mental and behavioral health issues.
• Conduct assessment and DSM/ICD-based diagnoses for patients referred by medical staff.
• Deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral interventions and develop behavioral change plans.
• Educate patients to improve self-management of chronic conditions and health behaviors.
• Collaborate with primary care teams to integrate behavioral health into care pathways.
