Job summary

Firm is seeking an experienced Intapp specialist to configure and administer Intapp Cloud, including Intake, Conflicts/Open, and Terms, with Walls as a plus. You will translate requirements into technical configurations, maintain documentation, and support escalation paths.

Responsibilities include building intake/workflow forms, dynamic approvals, risk scoring, and conditional routing, while coordinating with Intapp support and partner teams to ensure smooth deployments and minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Intapp products, especially Intake and Conflicts.
• Ability to build/modify Intapp workflows with forms, routing, and conditional logic.
• Experience troubleshooting production environment and integrating systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure Intapp Cloud environment and platform-level settings.
• Design and modify intake and conflicts workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement durable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering on integrations.
