SECCA Group conducts a confidential search for an Intake Team Lead specializing in personal injury. The successful candidate will oversee the Intake Department, coach staff, and monitor KPIs to deliver an exceptional client experience from the first interaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in personal injury intake and 1+ year in leadership, with strong communication, organization, and a passion for coaching and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of personal injury intake experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury intake processes and client intake procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, guidance, and support to the Intake Team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance discussions.
• Monitor productivity, KPIs, conversion metrics, and service levels.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with firm standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and departmental coverage.
• Resolve escalated client concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Litify and other firm systems.
• Partner with attorneys and leadership to ensure the seamless transition of qualified cases.
• Identify workflow improvements and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team environment.

Our client, a growing personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced, service-oriented leader to oversee its Intake Department and develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience from the first interaction.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in personal injury intake, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for coaching employees, improving performance, and strengthening department operations.

About the Role

The Intake Team Lead will oversee the daily supervision and development of the Intake Department. This position will monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentoring, track key performance indicators, maintain quality standards, and promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and outstanding client service.

The successful candidate will collaborate with attorneys, department leaders, and Human Resources to support employee development and continuously improve departmental operations.
