Chicago Public Schools is seeking a Part-Time Intake Support for the Office of Student Protections and Title IX/EOCO. The role serves as the first point of contact for allegations, handling calls, reports, and emails.

The Part-Time Intake Support will be the first point of contact reviewing allegations reported to the Office of Student Protections and Title IX/Equal Opportunity Compliance Office (OSP/EOCO).
The Part-Time Intake Support will receive allegations via phone calls, incident reports, emails, in person, and online reports.
The Part-Time Intake Support will determine case classification and investigation type, document the reported allegations in the case management system, and assign them to a Student Protections Coordinators or Student Protection Specialists.
This part-time/temporary position will be compensated for time worked on an hourly basis. The work schedule for this role will consist of an estimated 20 hours per week for an anticipated period of 12 months beginning 7/28/25 and ending 7/28/26. Due to the part-time/temporary nature of this work, this is not a benefit-eligible position. This role will report to the Coordination Manager.
