Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake and process new complaints via the 833-TELL-CPS Hotline and email reports.
• Follow up with school administration for additional information and gather facts.
• Data entry to track and monitor complaints.
• Prepare detailed and accurate investigation reports.
