Qualifications

• BA in social work, psychology, counselling or equivalent; four years in child welfare or transition-age youth.
• Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counselling or equivalent preferred.
• Must have CA driver's license and own a car.

Responsibilities

• Complete and document applicant interest, intake and related activities.
• Liaise with county workers and invite participation in assessments.
• Coordinate youth entry and provide accurate assessment information to the team.
• Gather information from stakeholders to support assessment and planning.
• Attend weekly meetings with supervisor and lead staff coordination.

Education

BA in social work, psychology, counselling or equivalent

Master's Degree preferred
