A leading RV dealership in Meridian is looking for a part-time seasonal RVFix Intake Associate. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries over the phone and provide assistance in scheduling service appointments. This role requires exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Additional responsibilities include data entry and maintaining call logs. Ideal for someone with a friendly demeanor and a collaborative spirit. Must be available to work some weekends and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service is a plus.
• Must be able to work some weekends.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist customers by listening to their needs.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate next steps.
• Perform data entry and maintain logs of calls.
• Follow scripts and protocols for consistency.
• Record customer information accurately in the CRM.
