Job summary

The Nice Law Firm, LLP, a respected Indiana law firm, is hiring an Intake Specialist for its new Knox office. You will handle high inbound call volumes, triage client needs to the right attorneys, and schedule consultations while maintaining a welcoming, professional client experience.

Based in Knox, IN with a plan for on‑site work, you will support remote operations during renovations and help expand services to underserved communities through efficient intake processes and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of client-facing experience handling inbound calls or intake.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional etiquette.
• Comfortable on the phone, able to build rapport quickly and listen empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, handling ~25–30 inbound calls daily across Indiana.
• Triage callers and direct them to the appropriate attorneys based on needs.
• Schedule consultations efficiently using third‑party tools and keep calendars up to date.
• Address objections and communicate value to secure family law consultations.
• Document and summarize client information; coordinate with Firm systems for follow‑up.
• Provide professional coverage at the Knox office and support remote collaboration.
