JT Legal Group APC. is seeking an Intake Specialist / Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic law firm. You will speak with prospective clients, assess their needs, build trust, and convert qualified leads into retained clients.

Prior experience in legal services or professional services is a plus. This full-time role offers a base salary plus commission, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced team.

Our growing law firm is seeking a motivated and personable Phone Sales Representative (Intake Specialist) to join our team. This role is responsible for speaking with prospective clients, evaluating their needs, building trust, and converting qualified leads into retained clients.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Previous phone sales, intake, or customer service experience preferred.
