What You'll Do:

1. Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails from potential clients. First impressions matter, your words will shape how we're seen.
2. Gather key case information with empathy, confidence, and accuracy.
3. Ensure no lead goes unanswered. Your follow-through could change someone’s life.
4. Accurately enter information so our legal team can move fast to help our clients.
5. Assess potential clients. You help us make sure we help the right people.
