Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
  • Associates degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours rotation for intake/dispatch.
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media.
  • Accurately intake new losses and create comprehensive job files.
  • Assign participants to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Professionally represent Paul Davis Restoration as the first point of contact through phone calls, emails, walk‑ins, and social media interactions, ensuring exceptional service is provided to our valued customers and clients.
  • New Loss Intake: Accurately intake new losses, create comprehensive job files, and efficiently assign the necessary participants to ensure prompt and extraordinary service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Highschool Diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Associates degree (2‑year) preferred but not required.
  • Uphold the Paul Davis Core values, vision, and mission statements.
  • Professional, courteous, empathetic, and exceptional communication skills in phone, email, and in‑person interactions with customers.
  • Willingness to participate in the after‑hours rotation for job intake and dispatching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a minimum typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong ability to work productively, stay organized, and remain professional under pressure.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
  • Openness to receiving training, coaching, and regular feedback.
  • Hours: 8:30 am‑5 pm Monday through Friday
  • Other duties as required.
