Job description

Location: Remote — candidates must reside in Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Kentucky, Oklahoma, or New Mexico Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $24.00–$26.50 per hour, depending on experience Bonus Opportunity: Based on individual client sign-ups and team performance Firm: Baker Law Group

About the Role

Baker Law Group is seeking a personable, organized, and technologically capable Intake Specialist to serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients.

This is a full-time remote position for someone who enjoys talking with people, can manage a high volume of phone conversations, and knows how to make clients feel heard and supported. The Intake Specialist gathers information about potential legal matters, follows structured questionnaires, helps evaluate whether a matter may be a fit for the firm, and prepares qualified prospective clients for the next step in the intake process.

This is more than a receptionist position. The Intake Specialist must listen carefully, recognize important facts, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, document information accurately, and apply firm guidelines when helping determine how a prospective matter should move forward. Prior law firm experience is helpful but not required; strong customer service, phone, and client-facing experience are the most important qualifications.
