Promise Point Care LLC is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first contact for clients, gather information, verify eligibility, coordinate services, and maintain records. This role requires strong communication, organization, and data entry skills in a healthcare/social services setting.

The position involves intake interviews, data integrity, confidentiality, and collaboration with case managers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and service placement for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in intake, customer service, healthcare, or social services is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and data entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems or case management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the initial contact for new clients via phone, email, and in person.
