Job summary

Adecco USA, Inc. is recruiting for an Intake / Call Center Representative in the Doral area (33172). This long-term temporary role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 remote) with required onsite training for the first three weeks.

You will assist elderly individuals with information on government assistance programs and provide strong customer service. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, the ability to work in a fast-paced call center, and fluency in English

Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search for an Intake / Call Center Representative located near the Doral area (ZIP Code 33172).

If you enjoy helping others and have experience working in a fast-paced medical office or call center environment, this could be an excellent opportunity for you!

This is a long-term temporary assignment offering a hybrid schedule , with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely . The client provides all necessary equipment, including a computer and headset.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Location: SW Miami / Doral Area (33172)

• Assignment Type: Long-Term Temporary

• Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

• Training: First 3 weeks must be completed onsite, Monday-Friday

Job Overview

In this role, you will work in a call center environment assisting elderly individuals by providing information and guidance regarding available government assistance programs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required

• Available to attend onsite training for the first 3 weeks

• Strong empathy and patience when assisting callers

• Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Fluent in English (Spanish and/or Creole is a plus)

• Previous experience as a Social Worker, Case Manager, or within a fast-paced medical office or call center environment preferred

• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
