Jobot is hiring an Intake Specialist for a prominent family law firm in Houston, TX. You will screen calls, schedule consultations, and convey the firm’s value with empathy to prospective clients.

• Listen carefully, identify key issues, and exercise sound judgment during intake conversations.
• Maintain a professional, personable, and empathetic phone presence.
• Work independently, think critically, and handle sensitive conversations with confidence.
