Description

Intake Senior Team Lead| Long-Term Care Pharmacy

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Salary: $26 - $28 Hourly

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What Good Care Looks Like

Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked.

That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten.

None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now.

Lead the team that powers seamless resident admissions and keeps patient care moving from day one

The Intake Senior Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring residents are accurately and efficiently onboarded into pharmacy services, supporting timely medication access and continuity of care. In this role, you'll oversee daily intake operations, lead and coach team members, manage resident admissions and census updates, resolve complex intake issues, and coordinate closely with facilities and internal departments. Pharmacy teams, account managers, billing teams, facility admission coordinators, caregivers, and ultimately residents all depend on this role's leadership, accuracy, and commitment to exceptional service.

Unlike many team lead roles focused solely on people management, this position combines operational leadership, customer partnership, and healthcare workflow expertise. You'll serve as the central point of coordination between long-term care facilities and pharmacy operations, helping ensure residents are admitted quickly, information is processed accurately, and service commitments are consistently met. This role offers the opportunity to drive process improvement, influence operational performance, mentor team members, and directly impact the experience of both facility partners and the residents they serve.
