Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked.
That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten.
None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now.
The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing daily pharmacy fulfillment operations, ensuring medications are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. In partnership with the Pharmacist-in-Charge, you'll lead pharmacy technicians, coordinate workflows, monitor operational performance, support staff development, and help maintain the systems and processes that keep the pharmacy running smoothly. Pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, delivery teams, long-term care facilities, caregivers, and ultimately the patients they serve all depend on this role's leadership, accountability, and commitment to operational excellence.
Unlike Pharmacy Technician Supervisor roles in retail settings, this position operates within a closed-door pharmacy dedicated exclusively to serving long-term care and post-acute care communities. Rather than managing walk-in customers, you'll oversee high-volume fulfillment operations, automated dispensing technology, bulk medication processing, and specialized pharmacy workflows that directly support patient care. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on operational leadership with team development in an environment where accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence have a meaningful impact on healthcare outcomes.
We are building something worth staying for. Good care for patients, real support for the people who deliver it, and room to grow into more than the role you came in for.
