Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked.
That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten.
None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now.
As a Pharmacist with Clarest Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting the medication needs of residents in long-term care facilities and senior living communities. You'll review, verify, and dispense prescriptions, collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare providers, and help ensure the highest standards of medication safety and clinical accuracy. Your work directly supports physicians, nurses, caregivers, and patients who rely on timely, effective medication management to deliver quality care.
Unlike traditional retail pharmacy settings, this role is based in a closed-door long-term care pharmacy where the focus is on clinical care, operational excellence, and collaboration. Without the distractions of drive-thru windows, front-counter transactions, or immunization quotas, you'll have the opportunity to concentrate on medication therapy, prescription verification, patient outcomes, and partnering with healthcare teams to support complex patient populations.
In this role, you'll use your clinical knowledge and attention to detail to help deliver exceptional pharmacy care and support positive patient outcomes.
