Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or emergency/triage settings.
• Proficiency in nursing assessments, risk screenings, and care coordination.
• Commitment to person-centered, culturally sensitive care and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and determine levels of care.
• Coordinate admissions and transfers with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Document in electronic health records per regulatory standards.
• Provide trauma-informed, compassionate communication with patients and families.
