The role supports department meetings, quality initiatives, and ongoing professional growth within a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications

• RN required and licensed in the state where the hospital resides.
• BLS certification required.
• Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards.

Responsibilities

• Screen patient admissions and communicate information to the physician to determine level of care.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical and intake teams to ensure timely admission.
• Contribute to department meetings, quality initiatives and maintain services within TJC requirements.
