Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas is required.
• Experience in behavioral health assessment and/or treatment.
• One year of acute behavioral health setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake calls and coordinate admissions and referrals.
• Verify insurance information and coordinate with business office.
• Complete pre-certifications and facilitate ROI per policy.
• Coordinate patient admissions with physicians and internal teams.
• Maintain call logs, statistics, and outcome data reporting.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships.
