Job summary

You will collaborate with leadership to support departmental goals, perform clinical documentation, and coordinate with physicians and treatment teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas (required).
• Experience in behavioural health assessment and/or treatment.
• Minimum of one year in an acute behavioural health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive referral calls and route assessments to appropriate teams.
• Coordinate patient admissions and communicate with physicians.
• Initiate insurance verification and ROI processing.
• Conduct patient assessments and contribute to diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide direct patient care and document clinical notes.
• Maintain call logs and support utilization review.
