Responsibilities

• Be part of a team that provides a caring, respectful atmosphere to those seeking help.
• Interview, assess, and process necessary paperwork for ARC applicants; maintain a full capacity.
• Develop and maintain outside referral sources by phone, letter and personal contact.
• Maintain the house tracking system and update counseling, bed, and work therapy assignments.
• Assist with crisis intervention as needed and provide supervision to residents.
• Coordinate with outside groups to bring speakers and information that promote recovery values.
• Record statistical information and submit reports within deadlines.
