Job summary

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital Royal Oak is seeking an Intake Pharmacy Technician for the Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy team. This full-time role supports benefit verification, authorization, and processing of home infusion referrals.

Role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, MI Pharmacy Technician license on hire, and 2 years of pharmacy experience. Day shift, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, at the Royal Oak site.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy. Preferred.
• LIC-Pharmacy Technician - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.

Responsibilities

• Benefit verification, authorization and processing of home infusion referrals.
• Operate under moderate direction and supervision, in designated areas or functions.
• May interact with other departments and/or businesses outside the pharmacy department.
• Participates in training of employees in the area of specialty.
