Job summary

Guardian Angel Settlement Association is seeking an Intake Specialist in St. Louis, MO to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking services, conduct assessments, and connect members with resources. You will manage intake processes for Social Stability and ECE services and support documentation accuracy.

The role includes Salesforce data entry, collaboration with Case Managers, and ongoing community outreach, with occasional evenings and Saturdays to support program delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake appointments for new members on designated intake days.
• Complete comprehensive intake assessments for Social Stability and Early Childhood Education services.
• Review member self-assessments and prepare documentation for Case Managers.
• Serve as primary contact for new members and referral agencies throughout intake.
• Provide a welcoming, trauma-informed experience for all participants.
• Staff the front desk and answer phones during designated shifts.
• Enter member information into Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely enrollment.
• Attend community resource events and engage with partners.
• Coordinate member engagement activities each month.
