Guardian Angel Settlement Association is seeking an Intake Specialist in St. Louis, MO to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking services, conduct assessments, and connect members with resources. You will manage intake processes for Social Stability and ECE services and support documentation accuracy.
The role includes Salesforce data entry, collaboration with Case Managers, and ongoing community outreach, with occasional evenings and Saturdays to support program delivery.

Pay: $17.00–$18.50 per hour

As an Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking services, helping create a welcoming, compassionate, and supportive experience while connecting community members with the resources they need.
The Intake Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring individuals and families receive a positive first experience with GASA. This position manages the intake process for Social Stability and Early Childhood Education services, conducts assessments, maintains accurate documentation, supports community outreach, and works closely with Case Managers to ensure members are connected to appropriate services.
The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
