Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, at the St. Patrick Center, seeks an Engagement Specialist for the Caritas St. Matthews off-site location. This part-time role focuses on front-line engagement, safety monitoring, and crisis response on a residential campus.

The position is 24/7, requires Saturday/Sunday availability in either 7:00–15:00 or 15:00–23:00 shifts, with potential monthly rotation, and starts at $18 per hour. No benefits are offered due to part-time status.

Qualifications

The position supports client stability, connects individuals to internal and community resources, maintains required documentation, and promotes a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment.This program is a 24/7 program, requires the ability to be flexible, and able to consistently work Saturday and Sunday either 7 am-3 pm or 3 pm-11 pm with the potential to rotate monthly.
