The Community Economic Defense Project (CEDP) based in Colorado is seeking a Central Intake Supervisor to support the Central Intake Team. This role involves reviewing assistance applications, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines. Ideal candidates will have experience with CRM systems and a strong focus on organization and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience with CRM systems management or administration required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP formulas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Central Intake Team and coordinate application reviews.
• Ensure timely responses to clients and manage the Department mailbox.
• Conduct initial screenings of rental assistance applications.
