Job summary

Cowen Rodriguez Peacock, a distinguished personal injury law firm in San Antonio, seeks an Intake Manager to lead and optimize the firm's intake operations from first contact to case intake. You will build a high-performing team, implement scalable processes, and drive client-first engagement.

You will establish KPIs, collaborate with the COO, manage vendors, and analyze data to fuel growth and improved client service. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in personal injury intake management.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Analytical mindset with KPI-driven decisions.
• Experience with Lead Docket or Filevine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire intake function and staff.
• Coach team in empathy and client engagement.
• Design scalable intake processes to handle growth.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for conversion.
• Manage lead-generation vendors and the answering service.
• Analyze performance data for improvements.
• Develop onboarding and training programs.
• Coordinate workflow between intake and legal teams.
