Job summary

Noto, an AI-enabled platform transforming specialty therapy, is hiring an Intake & Operations Manager for NOCD to shape the first impression for new members and lead a growing team in a mission-driven, fast-moving company.

You'll coach, scale operations, monitor KPIs, and drive quality through data-driven coaching, with a strong emphasis on call quality, performance, and member experiences while meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing high-performing, sales- or service-focused teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs as an individual contributor and as a coach.
• Experience auditing calls, driving QA processes, and upholding high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Member Advocates, setting clear expectations.
• Ensure call quality through regular auditing and feedback.
• Monitor KPIs and team metrics daily using data analytics to identify trends and drive results.
• Create individualized coaching and development plans to help team members meet and exceed goals.
• Own quality assurance initiatives and implement process improvements to elevate team performance.
• Partner with leadership on hiring by reviewing resumes and screeners and supporting onboarding and training.
• Scale operations in a fast-paced startup, bringing strategic insight and hands-on execution.
