• Field inbound calls and decide to retain, refer, or reject.
• Follow up on non-responsive leads with up to seven touch attempts.
• Explain the process clearly and guide callers to become signed clients.
• Keep clean, complete case documentation.
• Hand off to Welcome Team and Legal Department smoothly.
