Mental Health Technicians Evenings 3p-11p provide direct patient care under charge nurse supervision, ensuring a safe milieu and supporting activities of daily living. Flexibility for reassignment to varied units is required to serve diverse populations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• One year prior psychiatric experience preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred; ability to form therapeutic relationships and manage crises.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a safe and therapeutic milieu.
• Assist with activities of daily living and crisis intervention as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to units serving varied populations including male adults and dually diagnosed adults.

POSITION SUMMARY:
