Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active Nevada LPN license.
• 1+ year experience in home care or related setting.
• Strong customer service and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficient with Windows, Outlook, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Accept calls from referral sources and patients to gather admission data.
• Provide expert customer service in referrals and client interactions.
• Obtain required patient information to initiate admission for home care.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination across departments.
• Promote professional nursing practice and maintain competency.
• Assist with initial patient visit scheduling and coordination with pharmacy services.
• Participate in weekend/holiday office coverage rotation.
• Support a positive customer service environment for patients and families.
• Assist with new employee orientation and mandatory trainings.
