Job summary

You will manage intake, eligibility, enrollment, documentation, and orientation, ensuring timely and accurate access to services. You will work with Career Planners, Operations staff, and community partners to deliver a positive first experience while supporting efficient program operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; other combinations may be considered.
• Experience in intake, eligibility determination, workforce development, human services, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant intake, eligibility determination, enrollment, and program orientation.
• Gather, verify, and maintain required documentation for enrollment.
• Schedule participant appointments and referrals to staff and programs.
• Monitor intake timelines and help resolve barriers delaying enrollment.
• Maintain accurate participant records and ensure program compliance.
• Collaborate with Career Planners, Operations staff, and community partners for a seamless experience.
• Perform other duties consistent with the position.
