Insight Service Group (ISG) is seeking an Intake Specialist to decipher and enter data from multiple sources into our database. Accuracy is essential as you verify sources, edit errors, and maintain records; you'll work with a team while reporting to an Intake Manager.

Ideal candidates have fast typing, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Previous data entry or insurance-related experience is a plus, and confidentiality is a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; computer training or certification is a plus.
• Fast typing and accurate transcription.
• Ability to research and collect data.

Responsibilities

• Insert customer and account data into the database within time limits.
• Verify accuracy and sort information for data entry.

• Respond to information requests and access files.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address malfunctions.
